Terms of Use

1. Who you’re dealing with

deadrip is provided by Maksym Zakhliupa, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine (“deadrip”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. By using deadrip you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies to the iOS app; if it conflicts with these Terms, the one giving you more protection wins.

2. Who can use deadrip

You must be at least 13, or the older age your country sets for consenting to online services (up to 16 in the EEA). If you are under 18, use deadrip with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

3. Your account and your content

Keep your login safe and your details accurate; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Everything you add — photos, items, sets, notes — stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, transform and process it only to run the features you use. We don’t use your content to train AI models and don’t use it in marketing without asking you first.

4. Characters and faces

A character’s references can be photos of you, AI-generated or drawn/cartoon characters. References of a real person are allowed only with that person’s permission. Don’t create characters of public figures or of anyone under 18, and don’t use drawn characters you don’t have the right to use. We may remove characters and looks that break this rule.

5. AI features

AI results can be wrong, inconsistent or not match the real garment — check before relying on them. deadrip is a wardrobe and styling tool, not professional, health or body-image advice. Generated images are yours to keep and share. Don’t use AI features to create unlawful, sexual, deceptive or rights-infringing content, or to get around our safeguards.

6. Purchases and AI credits

Purchases go through Apple and are charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. AI credits are consumable: they’re added after Apple verifies the purchase, belong to your deadrip account, have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and don’t expire while deadrip and your account exist. Every AI action shows its credit cost before you start it, and a generation that fails on our side refunds its credits automatically.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you agree that credits are delivered immediately after purchase, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you use them — any unused credits and your other statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Cloud subscriptions

Cloud plans raise how many items you can keep in the deadrip cloud. The purchase screen shows the plan, period and local price before you confirm.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from the link in deadrip. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription — cancel it separately.
• If a plan ends while you’re above the free limit, your data stays accessible and editable; only adding new cloud items pauses until you renew or reduce usage.

8. Fair use

Don’t scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer deadrip where the law forbids it, bypass limits, access other people’s data, or upload malware or unlawful content. We may limit or suspend an account to protect users or the service, and will tell you why where we can.

9. Changes to deadrip

Features may change or be discontinued, and cloud and AI features rely on internet access and third-party services. Price or credit-cost changes apply only going forward: they never remove credits you already have or shorten a period you’ve paid for. If we shut down deadrip, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

10. Ending

You can stop anytime and delete your account in the app — deletion is permanent, so export first if you want a copy. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, security risk or legal requirements.

11. Liability

deadrip is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses you could have avoided (for example by exporting your data). Nothing here limits liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence, or anything else that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please write to us first — most issues are solved by email. EU consumers can also use their national consumer-dispute bodies.

13. Updates

We’ll post changes here with a new date and tell you in the app before a change that affects your rights takes effect. If you don’t agree, you can stop using deadrip and delete your account.
